Key Rules
Runners must stay on the base until the ball reaches the batter.
Base stealing is allowed.
The dropped third strike rule does not apply — the batter is out on a third strike regardless.
The infield fly rule is in effect with runners on first and second (or bases loaded) with less than two outs.
Balks are not called. Pitchers are given more flexibility in their motion.
