Key Rules
Runners may lead off the base before the pitch is delivered.
Base stealing is allowed.
The batter may attempt to reach first base on a dropped third strike.
The infield fly rule is in effect with runners on first and second (or bases loaded) with less than two outs.
Balk rules are enforced — illegal pitching motions result in runners advancing.
